Veuillez trouver ci-joint les bulletins de participation Auto/Moto et Club du prochain Week-End de l'Excellence de Reims qui se tiendra du 10 au 12 septembre 2010 . Vous pouvez d'ores et déjà envoyer votre candidature par courrier accompagnée d'une photo de votre véhicule à l'adresse indiquée sur le bulletin . Nous vous rappelons que l'organisation a décidé d'offrir les droits de participation . Un jury de sélection présidé par Adrien Maeght déterminera l'éligibilité des véhicules en fonction des séries (formules monoplaces , avant-guerre , GT , etc.), de la qualité de restauration et d'entretien des bolides , de leur véracité historique ou de leur caractère exceptionnel . Une première sélection se fera à la fin du mois de mai . Sont admises les voitures définies dans l'annexe K du Code Sportif de la F.I.A. et construites avant le 31 Décembre 1969 , avant 1981 pour les motos , ainsi que toutes automobiles ou motos considérées par l'organisateur comme représentant un intérêt particulier pour la notoriété du 4ème Week-End de l'Excellence de Reims .

Please find attached the entry form for Auto/Motorbike and Owner's club , of the 4th Weekend of the Excellence in Reims which will take place from the 10th to 12th september 2010 . You can already send your application form with photos of your car or motorbike by mail or email (see the enclosed form). We remind you that the organisers have decided to waive registration fees . A selection jury presided by Adrien Maeght , will determine the eligibility of the vehicles according to the different classes (single-seaters , pre-war , GT , etc.), the quality of the restoration and maintenance of the cars , their historic authenticity or their exceptional character . A fisst selection will be made at the end of may . All vehicles are eligible to take part in the event if they comply with the provisions of the appendix K of the FIA Sporting Code and which were built before 31st December 1969 , or before 1981 for motorbikes as well as any car or motorbike that the organiser considers to be of particular relevance as regards the fame of the 4th Weekend of the Excellence in Reims .
